What to know and bring:

  • Ensure your pet is vaccinated and you have proof of vaccinations 

  • All dogs/cats must be on flea/tick preventative

  • We provide elevated beds in every room along with bowls, blankets, and toys. So we make packing easy! Just bring their food/treats.

  • To maintain our highest cleanliness standards and avoid misplaced belongings, personal beds, blankets, and plush toys are not permitted. Every suite is furnished with fresh, soft, and laundered Yepes bedding to ensure your pet stays comfortable and relaxed.

  • Bring your pet's food in pre-portioned ziplock bags (separated by meals)

  • We ask you to keep your dog/cat on their  food to prevent an upset stomach

  • If you forget your food, we are happy to feed ours for $3 per day

  • Medication separated per serving with name

  • DO NOT bring a sick pet. This compromises the health of our other guest

  • Please make sure we have your updated emergency contact 

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions your pet has at booking and at drop off
