Cancellation Policy

For all boarding reservations, we require a card on file to secure a bedroom. A 1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking to secure your dates. This deposit is refundable if proper notice is given. We require at least 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a boarding reservation.

During weekends and peak season, we completely book up and have a waiting list. It is imperative that proper cancellation polices are followed so that any client who is on the waiting list can be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding and respecting our policies!

Drop off/Pick up windows:

To maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness, our boarding check-out is scheduled for the morning. This allows our team the necessary time to thoroughly clean and prepare each room for the next guest’s arrival in the afternoon.

 

Previously, late check-outs created situations where incoming guests arrived before their assigned room was ready. Our current schedule ensures every pet has a clean, prepared space upon check-in.

 

If pick-up or drop-off is required outside of the designated time windows but within regular office hours, advance notice is required and additional fees will apply.

Monday-Friday:

​

Pick up: 9 am - 12 pm

​

Drop off: 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm

 

Sunday:

​

Pick up: 3 pm - 6 pm

​

Drop off: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

 

Saturday:

​

Pick up: 9 am - 12 pm

​

Drop off: 12:30 pm - 2 pm
